"Great staff. Nice bar. Had to switch rooms mid-stay due to a plumbing issue but I was comped the cost of parking for the trouble so that was nice. TV in room was kind of lame. Should upgrade to Smart TVs with casting capabilities"
"We enjoyed our stay at the21c hotel. It was convenient for our downtown cinci activities. Parking is always a bit tricky in the city. I used spot hero for an overnight parking selection and felt comfortable with this choice. The hotel rooms were pleasant, clean and modern. Not having an ice machine available was a bit inconvenient but ice was retrieved from the attached restaurant. Overall, I would stay here again."
