"Loved our stay at Sofitel! The staff were warm and welcoming. Liberte has a nice bar, and the hotel rooms were spacious and well appointed, complete with bathrobe, slippers, Balmain toiletries, even an umbrella. Can't wait to stay again!"
"An acceptable stay, but nothing stands out as particularly impressive. The parking was a terrible experience, but they did take the parking fee off the final bill. Had to park 1/4 of a mile down from the entrance.
The pool (according to my wife and daughter) was very chemical heavy, and the swim up bar wait for service was almost an hour.
In a nutshell; overpriced and understaffed."
"While hotel is renovating, current state for majority of hotel is not great. We had a mouse in our room. Restaurant had water leaking from the ceiling."
