"The hotel was fine if you just need a place to sleep for a night. We were thankful that they took dogs and there was only a $10 per night fee. The hotel room was completely hard floors, which is fine but they were so sticky that our shoes just stuck to the floor. I don't know if it's from the cleaners they use, but it was just really gross to walk across and have your feet stick to the floor. Don't expect the staff to help you in anyway. There's only one person on staff when I asked if they had a hairdryer they said I had to come down to the front desk to get it and return it immediately after. When we asked for fresh towels the next day. (because I used most of ours to try and wipe the floors up so they weren't sticky.) they were so stingy about giving us clean ones. We had to bring all of our dirties down and exchange them out for the exact same number of towels that were in the room to start with. I wanted to get more pillows, but I knew that would be impossible after the towel fiasco. And they just weren't friendly at all. I guess you get what you pay for which we got a very good rate for our room and the hotel itself look nice and clean, but our room was definitely not. It's just not a very comfortable place but it is fine if you just need a quick overnight sleep."
"My recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing due to the staff’s lack of professionalism, communication, and basic customer service. It was very clear that the staff members were not on the same page with each other, which created confusion, delays, and unnecessary frustration throughout my stay.
I received conflicting information from different employees, and no one seemed willing to take accountability or properly resolve concerns. Communication with guests was poor, and at times the staff came across as dismissive and unorganized rather than helpful or accommodating.
For the amount paid and the expectations associated with staying here, the experience fell far below acceptable standards. Professionalism, coordination, and customer care should be a priority at any hotel, and unfortunately this location failed in all three areas during my visit.
I would strongly recommend improvements in staff training, internal communication, and overall guest relations moving forward."
"The hotel was beautiful, initially went into the wrong parking lot (don’t go into Wegmans lol) and everything after that was seamless. Loved the views, the breakfast was absolutely delicious, staff was always kind, even has free laundry available at the gym which came in handy. I highly recommend the restaurant, great service, good music, and and the Wagyu Fried Rice … delicious! Would definitely stay again. Also could not tell if we had neighbors on either side of us very quiet! Great sleep."
"The room was very satisfactory. There was one receptionist who was not super friendly or helpful. They were also very short-staffed at the breakfast bar and buffet, so there were long wait times. I also wish there was more than 1 microwave in the dining area. It would be nice to have microwaves in the rooms. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this as an affordable option in the DMV area."
