Great stay. The staff was excellent. I didn't care for the pillows, but overall a great place to stay.

Clean and updated rooms with great service.

The king suite we stated in was clean and up dated and so was the hotel. The problem with the room was it was right by the pool and smelled like chlorine the whole visit. We asked to change to another room but another king suite was unavailable and it was our anniversary so we chose not to move. The tv remote was not in the room and the one we got from the front didn’t work. We had to have a tech guy come in to try to fix. The breakfast include was packaged muffins instead of eggs and bacon etc tht I have had a many other hotels. The staff was very nice and the place was very clean and covid ready.

The mattresses were like rocks. The first thing my kids said when they sat on the bed was "why is this bed so hard?" My lower back was killing me and I was wide awake by 3am because sleeping was impossible on those mattresses. Cleanliness was an issue - there were stains on the curtains, comforters, and extra sheets. There were also stains on the wall below the light switch. The staff are extremely friendly, but this place needs a deep cleaning and more comfortable sleeping arrangements. They also copped out of breakfast - they're offering individually wrapped bagels and muffins, as if that's somehow 'safer' than a hot breakfast. The room was spacious and had more than enough space for them add a small table and chairs, which I really wished were present. There are 2 beds, and if you pull out the couch into a third bed, you have no sitting area. There were 2 wide open spaces in the room that could have housed a sitting space to allow guests to eat breakfast or dinner in their room - since so many places are offering takeout at this time.

It was awesome! The staff went out of their way to help us, always with a smile and never seemed “put out” or irritated! We traveled with two other families for a total of 6 adults and 10 young children, and teenagers. A group that large can understandably wear on anyone, but everyone was hospitable, friendly and helpful!

Comfy beds, hot shower, dark curtain, spacious suite. Breakfast offered most options in the area (fruit, cereal, bagels, croissants, milk, juices). We were glad pool and hot tub were open late, although hot tub not very hot.

Our stay was great! Our room was very clean, staff was friendly and courteous. Great area to take the family for a long weekend.

Very clean property and friendly staff. Rooms were big and all public areas were cleaned regularly.
