"Staff was friendly and the location was nice for access to visiting Lamar Valley, the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone, Artist Point, Hayden Valley. There were a few different restaurants and we learned this is due to the restaurants also providing services for Campgrounds in the same area. Restaurant and store was a bit crowded. The rooms were nice and we liked the outdoor porch area attached to the room. Internet was not working at all. They did have free charging stations for hybrid and electric vehicles."
"The hotel itself was under construction on one wing. Not that big of deal. I checked in early, which was nice. My room wasn't bad, I thought the bathroom was strange as it appeared to be a handicap bathroom, no bathtub all tile floor, again, odd but not that big of a deal. I wasn't a fan of the ROKU tv just because I wanted to watch some local stuff at times, but again, I dealt with it. I was in this hotel for 4 nights,, not once did I have anyone show up to clean the room, I had to find someone to get trash bags for my trashcans, as they overflowed on 2 of the 4 days, but I saw hospitality go into the room next to mine 2 days in a row. I heard them knock on the doors of the rooms around me but still no one came to my room, which was odd. It was a quiet hotel, the breakfast was good."
"The room was clean, spacious, and modern. The location is great and was an easy walk downtown. The soap they provided was luxurious. I never use hotel provided soap, but I loved whatever they had. I did not have time to use amenities, but everything looked wonderful. Would definitely stay here again!"
