"The room was very clean. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily. My dog was allowed for an additional 25 dollars a week. The staff was kind enough to give me a ground floor room for my old dog. There is also plenty of designated room for your dog. I would strongly recommend this place if you are traveling with a dog."
"Place was loud with kids pounding on the walls. Other guests walking around either in your floor or the one above you sounded like they were stomping around. Could hear the next door neighbor, he didn’t shut up until around 3am."
"I would not stay here it was terrible experience.
The room was over 80 degrees when I got there. They had to come adjust the thermostat. They had me open a window in a wind storm to cool it down which affected my allergies a lot with everything blowing in.
We waited at the restaurant for a long time to be seated. The staff was late to work or getting off a shift and did not seem focused on customer service. It was very disappointing.
I checked in to get rest after State Basketball for a long drive home and could not sleep most of the night. There were kids running up and down the halls talking loud and screaming. People working out in the fitness center at 2am and the walls are so thin you could hear the treadmill and loud bangs. You could also hear the laundry with people using it loudly in the middle of the night.
The room was not clean and the beds, showers and so forth subpar! I am so disappointed. I have never had a worse experience in a hotel except maybe once at a Super 8 and there were bed bugs so we checked out and got a refund.
Save yourself the agony, disappointment and waste of money by staying somewhere else. "
