"The room was clean and spacious, breakfast was good and well organized. Light switches in rooms were hard to locate they are small black buttons on the wall unit, and headboard. Staff at desk were not very friendly! The use of automated text message based checkin service was sketchy and seemed almost like a scam asking you to upload photo ID and credit card without even providing confirmation number! Do better Best Western, almost don’t want to stay at BW anymore if They continue that method!"
"Thewashroom at the casino need to a really good clean!!! .. and there were empty glasses and over the place!!! .. and the line up for the GIFTS made it really uncomfortable for the players
They need to do something about the lines that night, there were people lined up all threw the CASINO .. it was extremely uncomfortable with people standing at you back while you were trying to play .. it ruined our little getaway 😪"
"This was an okay stay.
Pros, clean room and common areas, staff was great, beds comfy and had a mini fridge and microwave in room. Free parking and breakfast.
Cons, this is a dated hotel, but the worst was the pool area. Sauna not working, hot tub has a very odd design and no really comfy way to sit or enter, and there was significant dirt all around it and inside. I left it right away sadly."
