"The staff of this hotel is exceptional. I was treated with respect and caring. There was a slight issue with finding my room as I do not read or speak French, the young lady at the front desk not only explained where I went wrong but because of my mobility issues escorted me to my room. Upon arriving in my room the temperature was very high and we figured out together how to adjust it. Later she actually called the room to make sure it was suitable.
The rooms were very large compared to anywhere else we have stayed. Also very clean. The constant availability of coffee and tea was a pleasure and the breakfast selection was enjoyable.
Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone."
"The room was not very clean. There were hairs and dirt on the floor in the main room and bathroom, and some bugs in the curtains. Also, there were hairs on the bedsheets."
"Localização excelente. No entanto, muitas ruas em obras perto do hotel. Parte do hotel também estava em reforma e, por isso, a cozinha não estava funcionando."
"Hotel was nicely situated for walking in the old city. The room was spacious and clean. I had an inner balcony overlooking the pool and the evening poolside entertainment was great.
We had dinner at the Beffroi the first night and the food was wonderful. We also had the early breakfast buffet the morning of our departure, which was adequate but I felt was overpriced for the amount of food I can actually consume but there wasn’t an à la carte option. Overall the hotel and staff were great! Thank you
I would recommend visiting the local restaurants and trying other dining options if you have time. Enjoy the history of the location and take a walking tour! It was a great weekend and experience on this my 3rd time in Old Quebec City."
