"pop machines on floor 2 and 4, so how do I get anything if I'm on floor 1. Elevators are key coded to your floor, mine was floor 1. Yes I know small and picky. But you asked"
"We always enjoy our stay at the Hotel Sask. Front desk staff and bellman are very welcoming. Rooms have comfortable beds and lots of space. Excellent location, and parking in the lot behind is handy. We did the breakfast buffet and it was not up to their standards, the made to order breakfast on the Sunday was hands down much better! Bathroom in this room was pretty small and awkward set up, if you're left-handed challenging to use as it sits flush against the sink. We will of course stay here again. The hotel is looking tired and could use a refresh in some areas but that doesn't impact our stay at all!"
"The salt water pool area could do with some upgrades wrt seating, flooring, paint. There should be dryers available and more than one elevator. The room was comfortable, bathroom had great hot water. Missed having a microwave in the bedroom as well as more chairs to sit in bedroom."
"King suite was great and quite clean, however the Jacuzzi needed a better scrub. Front desk staff was rude, and also did not tell me that there was a parking fee, until I asked why I was charged. Unfortunately they did not tell me that the spa/pool was closed for renovations until after I booked my reservation, but they did give me the option for a free cancelation because of it, as well as this was reflected in the price. Also - FYI you cannot order food to your room. Overall, I had a great stay, but the staff could be friendlier."
