"Nice hotel situated on top of a classic British pub. No noise was heard from the pub. Great personal service. Wonderful freshly cooked breakfast. Simple rooms but with all you need including a tea kettle. The building is old but the hotel personnel makes up for this, friendly and attentive. Good location to Forest Gate station with restaurants and stores. "

"The staff where really helpful had some issues with maintenance but got our room transferred to a different location near by and paid for our transportation there would have just liked a little more notice that we were going to be moved but all in all had such a wonderful experience thank you to the staff who made it smooth sailing."
