"This is our second stay at this hotel, and the second stay was just as amazing as the first! The staff is so incredibly helpful--not in your face or pushy, but there when you need them and very kind. We selected the Red Level again, and we loved the separate lounge area (and took advantage of it). This has become our go-to hotel when in Madrid! Oh, and we loved the bath tub. :)"

"Central location - just some noise late at night- we walked up the stairs as we didn’t notice elevator- carpet is hallway which I always find dirty but bed area was tile. Bathroom light is dark. Supplied with fridge and coffee/ tea"
