"It was a pleasant stay. Room is clean and well-equipped. Akira-san prepared the accomodation well, and it was easy to communicate with him. He is kind and always ready to help when asked. The place is a bit off the main Shinjuku area, but accessible with bus 45 from Shinjuku (West Exit, 230 jpy). Loads of convenience store nearby, and other buses to Shinjuku or Shibuya (bus 64). "Checking in and out was a smooth process. Many local food and clothes shopping options nearby and much less crowded than the main cities. Room was clean and comfy. The toilet was a little small but other than that, everything else was great. Location is also great as it was only a short walk from Sangenjaya station. Highly recommend this place! Very value for money!"

"I've given a 5 star because it's a very quiet suburban feeling location. The room is small but we'll appointed. Close to restaurants, groceries, trains and walking distance to many main attractions. I one caveat I would put on the property is the stairs are steep, be aware. Also the pin on the Expedia map is in the wrong place."
