"The lodge is beautiful in very peaceful area, it was very clean with everything we needed. We used it mainly for a base as we were traveling so only really slept there. The lodge is situated between 2 other properties and would benefit ( I’m my opinion) with blinds on all lower windows. The bed is very comfortable but a bit on the narrow side. "Yes car park nearby. The lady from the bar was lovely and friendly great service. The poor chef doing breakfast on his own was fantastic. Lovely cooked breakfast and really good service. The hotel could do with refurbishing, it’s a lovely building. We stayed 1 night as visiting family in area so served its purpose. Thank u "
