Communal fridge and freezer as well as a water filter to refill your own bottles. The room we had was upstairs(one floor up). Key pad for main entrance, then card to get into room and activate electricity/air conditioning.... Good value for money and good location, would recommend to family and...

"Atmospheric mansion. Rooms are spacious and place is welcoming. Coffee facilities and ironing are shared. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quite close to many tourist spots but it was too hot to walk much. Caught Grab mainly."

"I chose this hotel for its proximity to Penang Adventist Hospital (5 minutes' walk) so I was more or less prepared for the shortcomings. This property is run down and offers basic amenities. No empty mini bar, phone or bottled water in room, but the reception is staffed even at night so that's a plus. There's a water dispenser and soft drinks for sale near the reception. I had the 'Romantic' room. There was what looked like a lump of hair and chewing gum the size of a 5 cent coin, stuck...

"A nice apartment, comfortable bed, great air conditioning. It could use a little decoration and we were without hot water on several occasions but over all there was good street food markets in both directions and a couple of grocery stores nearby for snacks…not a kitchen for cooking meals in. Bus stop nearby too. "
