The room was large and the breakfast was excellent and changed every day. "We were only able to stay one night, but our night at the Vallombrosa vineyard was very peaceful. The hosts were very helpful and kind and were gracious to bring me some emergency supplies. Although the property lies in a beautiful setting, it’s important to note that it takes at least 30 minutes to get to Lugano and the lake by car. I also have a couple suggestions to make the room even better: -Provide a properly functioning coffee machine (Ours only produced 1-2 tablespoons of coffee. Maybe...

"A beautiful property with spacious room and bathroom. All the staff are excellent. Had a nice stay. The lakefront is only 15 minutes walk downhill. The nearest bus stop is Vira Bellavista serviced by Bus no 330/352. The bust stop is a two minutes up hill climb from the hotel. Food is very good and views are outstanding."
