"This is meant to be a five star property but instead you get one star service. There are no bilingual staff here, so should you not speak Spanish and you have any issues you will have problems. The building is showing it's age and basic amenities such as internet are not great. Even the TV in the room required updating and maintenance as it had horizontal lines throughout.
