"The toilet was not clean. There was hair and feces on the underside of the seat. Towel hangers for the shower were falling out of the wall. The main door was very hard to shut and had to be slammed to close. It was partially open when we arrived. Creepy. EV charger was blocked most of the day. I appreciate they had one but the cost was a bit high per kWh. Otherwise cool place. Would stay again."

"Breakfast was good. Had to go back to my room to get cups from my room. Staff was generally not around. Soon after I checked in I went to my room and the key didn't work. Went downstairs to redo the key but the staff was gone. Had to wait about 20 minutes for him to come back. I think he went to do a shuttle run from the airport. When I checked out it was the housekeeping person at the desk and she couldn't get me a receipt."

"We stayed at several hotels on our trip and this was by far the best. It was clean, well-maintained and beautiful inside. When they didn't have the room we had reserved they updated us to a nice suite. The breakfast was one of the best continental breakfasts I have ever had. It had a nice variety of foods - everyone could find something they liked there. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The room itself was clean. The problem is the lobby and hallways smell so bad of smoke mixed with something else gross. My TV volume worked but it wouldn't go quieter than 14. I'm not sure why but like clockwork, 11:30pm every night I was here the vacuum cleaner was on and I could hear it loud and clear from my room. Guests here are fairly noisy during late hours in the night (Like 2am). The towels may have been clean but they are stained and just look really gross. The windows are cheap so if it is windy it'll be a noisy night."

"Beautiful hotel with an excellent restaurant right in downtown. Staff was extremely friendly and room was clean and modern with comfortable beds. Would stay here again when in the area."
