I loved the personalised note on arrival and delicious cookies I ate at the restaurant twice which meant cocktails first. Bar / restaurant staff were amazing. I appreciated being redirected to a better wine choice that specifically matched my meal. The food itself was sublime. I hope to stay again at this unbelievable hotel "

"Location, staff and breakfast were all riveted stars. The major issue I have is with the shower. It is not easy to enter and turn on the water and has no safety features. i would not recommend for anyone with a disabilty."

"The location is perfect, a short walk to Petit France and super close to Strasbourg station which is very convenient for visiting nearly towns such as Colmar, Eguisheim, Kaysersberg and Château du Haut-Koenigsbourg. "We stayed at this hotel in a suite overlooking the cathedral. The room was lovely with antique furniture in it, with 2 double beds and arm chairs. We were very comfortable. The hotel is very central with only a short walk to the cathedral and the 3 museums in the Palais Rohan. There are many restaurants a short walk away, including the Rimini which is very good, just round the corner. Finally, the staff were most helpful helping with our bags making sure we had everything we needed in our room"
