I was shown to my room with various bits and pieces explained.. the room was lovely and clean with a very comfortable bed (pillows a bit too soft in my opinion, but that’s just personal preference) The bathroom was beautiful and had a great shower, lovely hot water with great pressure. "Good location not far off the M6. Stayed hereto break a journey . Easy to find, large carpark. Room was very warm when we arrived but radiatior had a thermostat, window opened to let some air in. Theres also a fan in the room. Appreciated the bottled water and biscuits in the room as well as the usual tea & coffee. Lady on receptionist helpful & friendly "
