"The owners are great- very kind! The hotel rooms are okay. They are dated and could be a little cleaner in some areas. The areas that mattered most like sheets and towels. Those were clean. I think they would benefit from replacing the shower curtains though. Overall for the price it’s worth it depending on what you’re doing."

"Totally fine stay for one night. Room was clean enough and did not smell like smoke (though most of the hallways did). Everything worked fine (shower, toilet, air conditioner) though was definitely well-worn. No lamps of coffee maker in room. Walls were fairly thin and there was some noise (music, dogs, people), but a manageable level. Only spoke to someone at the front desk briefly but they were nice. Overall it was a cheap room for a night, so it was pretty much what I expected."
