"The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. They arranged a couple of awkward taxi rides for us that wouldn't have been easy on a taxi app. The bar seemed to be open 24 hours which was useful. Security on the door were always at hand when needed. The only small issue was a couple of dead Cockroaches in the room but you do have to remember that this is Togo and bugs are always going to be not too far away. I would stay here again if visiting Lome."

We made the reservation and showed up in less than an hour. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, even though I had not yet contacted them to confirm.
