Conseguí que la anfitriona nos cambiará de departamento, el cual estaba un poco un poco mejor, pero aún así deficiente. Otro punto en contra es que tiene muy poca ropa de cama, y nada de calefacción así que fue una noche terrible a pesar que dormimos con ropa, el frío fue insoportable."

I immediately contacted the hotel because we were coming back to this hotel for a few nights before returning to Canada. That was an isolated incident that doesn’t reflect on the hotel but the staff. Location of hotel is excellent with shopping, restaurants within walking distance. Front desk staff great."
