"Environnement propre, grandes chambres, belles vues sur Ottawa ou Gatineau. Le personnel est courtois et a l’écoute.
Par contre, l’hôtel devrait être rénovée. Il y a des appareils brisés (première visite le séchoir. Deuxième visite le bain était toute craqué, présence de rouille et réfrigérateur qui ne fonctionnait pas.) malgré tout j’ai avisé la réception et j’ai reçu de nouvelles chambres. Tout était bien!"
"The suite was clean, if a bit dated. Bring your own toiletries, few provided. Pillows were a bit lumpy and it was hard to locate an available power socket for working at the desk (I had to unplug a lamp). Excellent room attendant service. Underground parking was great."
