"A wonderful room with a great view, although I didn't like how the bathroom door had a gap built into it. You never know how new cuisine is going to sit with your stomach, and I'd prefer a door that shuts fully in a room with such stink potential. But everything else about it was amazing, I felt very posh staying there. "
"The hotel was very clean and modernly designed, albeit quite basic in terms of room amenities (literally just a bed and TV, no kettle or anything like that).
I'd recommend this hotel but one thing I would say is don't book it just because of the fact it says it has an airport shuttle. The shuttle doesn't run for big chunks of the day (2-5pm on weekdays and 10am-8pm on weekends) so might leave you without a way of getting to the airport. Just FYI when leaving the hotel you need a ticket to get on the shuttle - this was not communicated anywhere until the driver asked me for a ticket, fortunately I could literally just run into reception and get one but it would have been good if this info was provided along with the shuttle info they send you when you book."
"Large hotel with split level reception which perhaps contributes to its lack of atmosphere.
It’s located above/adjacent to a large nightclub open until 6am- the base could be heard all through the night.
We had a premium room with a ‘view’ onto an internal space meaning a lack of daylight. Laminate flooring was aged and slipped in places.
I expected more for an average of £300 per night"
"I arrived at the hotel around 7:00 a.m. and went straight to check in. Although I was not greeted upon entering, despite two staff members being present at the front desk, a young blond male staff member did inform me that a room was available early, well before the official 3:00 p.m. check-in time. I appreciated this, as I was extremely exhausted.
I was assigned Room 115. Unfortunately, the room had significant usability issues. The toilet was located in a separate, extremely small space that required sitting sideways to use—clearly not accessible or comfortable for most adults. After resting briefly, I left to get food and returned later to shower. The shower, however, was unusable. The stall door opened inward, leaving less than eight inches of space to enter, making it physically impossible to access. This room is not suitable for a standard-sized adult and raises serious concerns about accessibility and basic functionality.
When I returned to the front desk to report the issue, I expressed my frustration, noting that the staff seemed already aware of the room’s limitations. I was initially told I would need to pay extra for a different room, which I declined, as the issue was not a matter of preference but of usability. Eventually, the staff agreed to move me. I was ultimately reassigned to a different room, 101, which was appropriately sized and had a functional bathroom and shower. Because of this experience, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again."
