"Great staff, great location, great amenities! Clean hotel with a delicious breakfast buffet. The balcony was awesome to see the motorbikes cursing down the street. Comfortable bed, and cool little sitting area to unwind after a long day of exploring. "
"L'Hotel du Lac was a real gem of a hotel in the old town Hanoi. Very close to super good restaurants and other attractions. The staff, tha includes every single soul that works at the hotel was super friendly and made sure you were comfortabke and happy. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. Now to the breakfast, this was he other highlight besides the room, a' la carte' and buffet included in the room, fantastic.

"We stayed with our four children and had a great time. The location is excellent. An easy walk to many attractions and the great shops and cafes of the Old Quarter. The staff were very attentive and their attention to detail was amazing. I would definitely stay here again.
