"DO NOT STAY HERE – MISLEADING LISTING AND UNRESPONSIVE HOST
My family and I booked two “Superior Luxury Two-Bedroom Apartments,” and both units were extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived.
As soon as we entered, there was a strong foul odor, and the apartments were visibly unclean. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. In my unit, we found bugs on the ceiling and along the bathroom wall, a leaking toilet, a dirty kitchen, and a broken door leading to the outdoor washing machine area. The second apartment had similar problems, including ants crawling throughout the kitchen.
We immediately contacted the host multiple times—via calls, texts, and messages—sharing photos and videos and asking him to meet us to resolve the situation. We received no response at all.
Due to the unsanitary and unacceptable conditions, we had no choice but to book another hotel at the last minute, at a significantly higher cost. Before leaving, we documented everything, left the keys on the kitchen counter, and informed the host—again with no reply to this day.
In addition to losing the cost of our 4-night booking, we also lost our deposit. We have filed a complaint with Expedia and are still waiting for a full refund due to false advertising.
To make matters worse, several members of our family experienced rashes and headaches for two days after staying in the apartment. This was supposed to be the start of our vacation after a 24+ hour journey, it turned into a nightmare!"
"We stayed here for several nights, and while we initially tried to be understanding, the experience ultimately fell far below expectations.
For the price and size of the apartment, we were willing to overlook the fact that the unit did not match the photos advertised online. However, the condition of the apartment made that difficult. It was noticeably dirty, there were ants throughout the space, and the air conditioning unit was leaking from the ceiling, which was both uncomfortable and concerning.
Communication with the host was also inconsistent. At times, responses would come a day later, and when we asked a simple question about access to the pool (which was shown in the listing photos), we never received any reply.
The main reason for this low rating, however, is the checkout experience. The host sent a staff member to handle our checkout, and despite confirming the time the day prior, he arrived 15 minutes late. When he did arrive, he was unfriendly, did not greet us, and offered no assistance with luggage. Instead, he went straight to the bathrooms, gathered the towels, laid them out on the bed, and attempted to charge us extra to “bleach” them because he claimed they were dirty.
When we refused, he made inappropriate and offensive comments about Viet kieu like us, saying we should not return to Vietnam. This was extremely disrespectful and unacceptable.

"Fantastic experience staying at Landmark 81 autograph! The staffs are at the same time very discreet and extremely friendly, making you feel welcomed every day. As a Titanium member who stayed at many properties around the world this is in the top 10% for sure. Special shoutout to Brian at the club lounge, who was always very helpful."
"I stayed in the apartment with 2 bedrooms. The first time was in L6 and the second time in LP. None of them look like the pictures in the listing. The shower stalk at both places really needs deep cleaning as I see mold at every corner. The floor of the entire apartment also needs to be swept and mopped. Overall I like that these apartments are spacious when you have big luggage’s with you. And it’s close to Landmark 81 where there’s lots of restaurants that you don’t have to go anywhere else for food."
