"The room was not up to the mark. Toilet flush was not working properly. Wash basin taps were not proper, but was not working properly. Drains Were not working properly.
It was not a five star hotel experience
Though breakfast was good"
"The manager Divya is an outstanding leader and all her staff reflect the high standards demonstrated by her. This hotel has been a wonderful oasis for me and my dad. I can’t say enough good things or properly express the gratitude I feel for this place. The pool deck is so nice especially when all lit up at night. The gym is decent, there are cardio machines and free weights. Some benches. Towels, water, fruit bowl and locker rooms are there. The restaurant is so good. Menu has a great variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Chef Abhinev makes rounds regularly to check on clients and will fulfill custom orders. This is a Taj property so if you are a loyalty member you will get TataNeu points. I can’t sing enough praise for The Connaught New Delhi"
