"I love my time in Danang and I specifically love my hotel. This was arguably the best hotel room I have ever stayed in all my travels around the world. I cannot wait to come back again the next time I am near Asia."
"The room is very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. The staff were very helpful to your needs and concerns.
My wife was not felling good the morning of our check out and the front desk was very accommodating to my wife’s need. Very excellent customer service. I would stay here again next time we visit Danang."
"The property is next to Beach. Cottage in which we stayed was quite spacious and had all the facilties which are rquried by a traveller. Over all our stay was quite great. the Lady allocated to us was quite knowladgble and helped us a lot in with in the proeproty and the city."
"Thank you for your beautiful hospitality! The Saga Hotel Hoi An is so beautiful, especially the staff. I wish I knew everyone’s names, but a special thank you Nhung, Tram, Tinh, Huong (both of them!), and Khanh. You all went above and beyond in hospitality. Thank you to the cleaning staff, my room was so clean every day. The beautiful pool, incredible breakfast spread, beautiful lobby and pool and pool food options, and free bike usage. I’m so grateful for this hotel, you made my time in Hoi An so special. You have a really special hotel and you made me feel welcome at every greeting. Thank you. The small details make a big difference."
"All the things you need in a great hotel stay, great views, right across from the beach, good breakfast buffet, comfy bed and pillows, good wifi and air conditioning.
Stayed for 9 nights, loved it, unfortunate about the construction across the road with a new Nobu restaurant and apartment complex being built. The staff asked about the noise and it didn’t bother me enough to move rooms when offered so…
Thankyou to all the staff!"
"We stayed at the Novotel Danang Premier Han River for one night, and the highlight of our stay was watching the fireworks from the rooftop Sky36 bar. We’re from Vancouver, so experiencing something like that was incredibly special and honestly one of the coolest parts of our trip. Staying at the hotel made it so convenient to enjoy the show without having to deal with the crowds.
The room was clean, comfortable, and the shower pressure was excellent. The property itself is a bit dated and could benefit from some renovations. Our shower curtain was noticeably dirty, and when we mentioned it to the staff, they were extremely kind and quick to offer a solution. We ultimately decided not to pursue it since we were only staying one night, but we really appreciated how seriously they took our concern and their willingness to make things right.
As a larger hotel, don’t expect the same personalized hospitality you might find at some of Vietnam’s boutique hotels, but the staff were still friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, the rooftop fireworks experience alone made our stay memorable, and the hotel’s location and convenience were major advantages."
"We used this as our base in central Vietnam.
Lovely hotel that’s a short walking distance to My Khe beach (2-3 min) without the beachfront prices. There are many restaurants supermarkets etc nearby.
Staff were always super friendly and helpful even loaning me a watch charger.
Overall excellent value and would definitely stay again."
