"The room was good but the stay was marred by a severe lack of communication from the hotel in advance. I was arriving late from overseas but despite numerous attempts to contact the hotel by phone and via hotels.com, I was only finally able to make contact an hour before I took off. I was on the verge of booking a different hotel because I was concerned I would not be able to gain access. This resulted in undue stress which was completely unavoidable."

"Great sized apartment for a family of 4 or 2 couples. Walkable to Turnpike Lane tube or Hornsey train station.
Nice modern apartment. Bedrooms were warm as middle of summer but very quiet. No traffic noise in bedrooms nice quiet night."
