"What a lovely apartment! It felt like a home away from home. It had a small kitchenette, dishwasher, laundry machine and kitchen table. The bedroom was separate from the rest of the living space with a closed door. It was such a perfect place to stay, especially for a week long stay. We will 100% rebook. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were so great. I felt they could have replenished the towels and toilet paper more often but every time I asked for more, they gave it so it wasn’t a big deal at all. So close to the Tower of London, Tower Bridge and 3 different subway stations. Such a lovely space! 10/10 would recommend!"
"Only one 15-passenger lift worked, a stained couch, broken air conditioning, hair and soap scum in the tub, a slow-draining sink and tub, and broken housekeeping promises garner this hotel a negative rating. They moved our room for the second night. The lift remained broken, leaving only one 15-person lift available, with no promised-to-be-fixed-by date. We ended up walking up 16 flights of stairs because the line for the working lift reached outside the lobby. Hotels.com tried to contact the hotel, but the front desk refused to pick up the phone. We checked out on the third night. Terrible. Do Not Stay."
"So unexpectedly quirky, loved all the things on display and how colourful the hotel was. Also, loved the plants everywhere.
Breakfast was fabulous and the staff were all super polite and friendly.
We definitely plan to return there."
