"It was very convenient and there is a walkway that is covered all the way from the airport to the hotel. The rooms are clean above average. There is no shampoo but a soap/shampoo bar that is very very foamy. The room is a good size. WiFi works well. Staff is nice. The rooms are a but dated and have a minifridge in them. "

Communication with staff was sub-optimal. It took days to respond to emails or messages through hotels.com. I asked about using the shuttle to East Rand Mall and was given basic information, but nothing about the cost.
I had one meal at the restaurant and it was pretty terrible, so I did not go back. "
