We had such great experience staying at this hotel. The staff are friendly and room are clean. We stayed at the family suit room and we had a wondeful mountian plus sea view from our balcony and windows. I would recommend this place to friends and family. Just love it!
The location is great near the beach and the Ab mall. Rooms are pretty good and service is great. I hope to stay here again next time when the rooms are available.
I recommend this complex, very good. The price is very flexible and the view of the beach was incredible. We were on the 25th floor and had a perfect view. Also very walkable about 3 minute walk to beach and the area around the hotel has lots of food options (Russian, Italian, American food etc) and stores. 10/10!
This place was simply fantastic. Clean room, good shower, comfy bed, complimentary filtered water in glass bottles that they refill. Rooftop pool had great views and was uncrowded. Was in a great location, too. Couple of tips, ask for extra shampoo and shower gel when you check in or press the button by the bed and hang the sign for room service after you use them. This was our second time returning to this hotel and we were very happy with the staff and hotel services. My special thanks to Ms. Tra My, the receptionist for being very helpful, courteous, and professional. All staff was helpful and friendly, even Ms. Hong, the kitchen manager was very nice.
