"The hotel has a good location, but everything else is bad. All the electrical outlets are not working. No bottled water. No Phones.
The WhatsApp message service is not monototed. you are on your own."
"The ratings would have been higher had the property paid attention to critical service issues that were identified and brought to their attention. I was in room 553 and complained from the first day of an unpleasant odor emanating from the drains (face basin, tub, and shower) in the bathroom. Instead of moving my reservation to a different room, they just removed the caps of the drain, stating they cleaned them. That was far from the truth; we instead had to deal with the unpleasant smell for the duration of the entire stay.
Vacationers, please beware of that room."
