Please ask foe late check out and they informed me that we were OK to stay until 1 PM. However, they keep pressuring my dad to leave at noon the room and told him that he was past his check out time, really rudely and he was going to get charged. Also, we were supposed to do the tour of the hotel at 5 PM and the tour guy showed up at 5:30 and he was completely unprepared and didnt really know much of the history of the hotel. Definitely the service is not as it used to be.."
