"there were several inconveniences that affected the experience. We paid an additional $200 for early check-in expecting the condo to be fully cleaned and ready upon arrival, but there were still wet towels sitting in the washer and dishes left in the dishwasher from previous guests or housekeeping.
The parking situation was also frustrating. Our reservation was for a party of 7 people, yet we were only allowed one parking permit. Realistically, a group that size cannot comfortably fit into one vehicle, so the parking policy made things inconvenient during our stay.
The waterpark process was also inconvenient because we had to drive to another resort just to pick up wristbands instead of receiving them where we originally checked in. Since everything was already spread out, it added extra hassle. The waterpark itself was also smaller than expected.
Overall, the stay was decent, but for the amount paid, especially the $200 early check-in fee, we expected a smoother and more prepared arrival experience."
"Zero complaints. The condo was far beyond my expectations. It was spotless and had all needed essentials. The resort itself was beautiful and the water park was excellent and never crowded or loud. Entire resort was very clean. The pools were huge and free of any trash, extremely clean. Seriously have zero complaints. Absolutely will be back."
"Ivan at checkin was wonderful but the house had issues from the start. the entire pool deck wasn't cleaned, goggles floating in hot tub, crushed fruity pebbles, cigar and cigarettes butts on the ground and previous renters left heat on in spa/pool so pool was 103 degrees. Multiple calls to get resolution but nothing. Then pool guy came the next day and skimmed it but had to add chlorine and said we couldn't use it now for 2 hours. wasn't able to enjoy pool at all due to temp, BBQ was broken, fire pits didn't work, hair in shower drain, one of the fridges didn't not cool more than luke warm, arcade room had 4 games, only 1 worked. Saw that house is for sale so seems seller is just trying to make a few bucks on it while it sells. Management was supposed to call me to work out a refund/credit but it's been 2 days since check out and nothing. Do not reccommend at all. "
