"Well deserving of a 5 star rating. This hotel is very conveniently situated opposite the Company Gardens, for a morning stroll and access to the Natural History Museum. The (club) room was spacious and very comfortable with high quality furnuishings. All of the staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was expansive and the main restaurant/menu/food and presentation were first class.I did not use the gym or pool.

"The location is very convenient, right across from the convention center. The room is a bit small but ok considering the price and location.
Maintenance needs a bit of work. The shower door couldn’t completely close. There is always a puddle after even a short shower.
The elevator is terrible. The algorithm needs work. During busy morning and afternoon busy times, it takes forever to get back to your room.
Breakfast is pretty good. Fresh omelette are made on demand. The sausages are good but very salty. Yoghurt and fresh fruit are great.
Recommend it if attending conference at the convention center."
