"Our stay was awesome overall. The room was big and comfortable with a modern and luxurious bathroom. We cooked one night but the location was really great in terms of being able to walk to great restaurants/bars and some of the sites, and the garage made it possible to keep our rental car safe. Having a washer/dryer was huge because this was the 2nd part of a business trip and packing for both leisure and business over nearly 3 weeks is hard.
But I want to make a special mention for the front desk staff and their flexibility. First, they quickly provided us with washing power on the first night so we can do a wash right away. Then, we had a Robben Island visit at 9am on the day of our departure and they let us check out upon our return, which saved us a ton of stress and aggravation. Major, major thanks for that, it's the kind of thing we remember."
