"The air conditioning worked very well. We didn't go shopping or eat anywhere except at the hotel, which has a very good restaurant. The staff were extremely helpful. Good value for money and highly recommended for a short stay. "
"I had a wonderful stay at Hotel The Best. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and quick.
The location is very convenient, with easy access to nearby markets and transportation. The food was delicious and served fresh. I especially appreciated the cleanliness and peaceful environment of the hotel.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend Hotel The Best to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. I look forward to visiting again!"
"The image of the rooftop which would draw most guest to this listing, turns out the rooftop is not available to guests. The rooms could do with better windows to protect guests from the loud 24/7 busy highway running along the hotel. You would find it impossible to sleep unless you ask to be moved, which the hotel staff already expect. They will then claim that the new identical room is a deluxe room just because it's situated at the back of the hotel and away from the highway noise. The breakfast doesn't offer many varieties, although the adjoining restaurant to the hotel has lovely staff"
"We actually did not stay. After we saw the place has the weird bathroom set, we left and found another hotel. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone else. Paid for 2 rooms, but couldn't stay there.
