"Rooms small and a bit hot but spotless. Shower excellent and location great for Shinjuku. A bit quieter but only a stones hrow away. Would stay again! "
"There is NO AIR-CON in the room!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The hotel uses a centralised heating system with no ability to adjust the temperature per room. During my stay, the room was overwhelmingly warm with absolutely no way to cool it down. There is a Dyson fan provided, but it is simply a fan — not an air conditioning unit — and does nothing to actually lower the temperature. For a hotel at this price point, this is frankly unacceptable.
The room itself is also very cramped. Even for a regular-sized person, the space felt restrictive — we could barely open two suitcases at the same time without struggling.
The rest of the facilities were decent enough, but the lack of proper temperature control is a dealbreaker. I would not stay here again."
"Room was well cleaned, property management was extremely kind and easy to work with. Nothing too crazy, did exactly what it needed to… gave me a place to sleep, didn’t mind it being smaller as we were out and about most of time while there. Would come back if I wanted to stay in the same area. "
"Very nice, clean and wonderfully situated hotel with easy access to trains, shopping, restaurants and an onsite convenience store. The staff is pleasant and helpful."
"This was a very luxurious property, with excellent amenities. Loved the Family Mart attached to it. Rooms were big and comfortable. Staff was kind and helped as much as they could. While breakfast is pricey, it’s extremely worth it. Best breakfast food I had in Tokyo."
