"The location is excellent. I think the hotel entrance needs improvement; there is a city parking area right at the entrance, and there are always people—neither employees nor guests—sitting on the floor smoking. The lobby itself is quite neglected; however, the rooms are excellent, the breakfast on the top floor offers a wide variety of options, and the staff is incredibly attentive. The air conditioning performed within standard parameters, though I acknowledge it was very hot in the city, so it wasn't the ideal time to evaluate the AC's performance."

"The location was great especially there is a Carrefour in the next building. The apt is modern, has everything we needed, except a blackout curtain, especially when you are jet lagged and want to sleep in. (The curtains were not adequate to block the morning sun.) The excellent AC saved us in the Milan hot summer and the laundry machine was great! Will come back."

"Hotel was in a perfect location to walk almost everywhere. Front desk was very helpful for restaurant recommendations. There is a musty smell in lobby but only in that area. Not a big deal. Breakfast was decent, with someone making your Latte etc. Picked this hotel because it was August and very hot and they had a small rooftop pool so after a day of exploring Milan you could take a quick dip."
