"Our favourite part was the gold lounge. We had Adam and Amin for most of our stay. They were so attentive and so friendly and helpful. They made our stay standout! Hats off to the helpful reception staff as well.
I just need to say thou that Adam and Amin should be promoted, wonderful and gave history, and stories and just really took care of us. The fairmont was the last 4 days of our 15 days in Morocco and it made an impression that no other place did, in the best way! So comfortable, so clean, our room was always cleaned up and afternoon snacks waiting for us when we returned. I cannot say enough about this hotel or our stay, I highly recommend the gold king balcony suite. Please pass on our extreme pleasure with reception, Amin and Adam in the gold lounge and a small shout out to Ishmail that we only had for a couple of hours but was also great."
