"Mexican hacienda style and centrally located hotel. The rooms were spacious and nice decorated and with all the amenities. The bathroom included a big standing shower with plenty of pressure and hot water. My room was a king size located in a small adjacent patio that was more like a private gaden just outside my door. The staff was friendly and helpful every time I had questions. Will definitely recommend the hotel and will stay again."
"We stayed here seven days in late April. The location is ideal. Close to the Zocalo, café shops, retail shops, restaurants, 20 de Diciembre market, museums and many other places. They are all within walking distance. During the weekend it could get noisy as there is a bar/club nearby. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. The beds are comfy and the air conditioner worked perfectly. Especially since the weather was in the 90's the entire week we were there. For those who have physical limitations please be aware there is no elevator for rooms in the 2nd and 3rd level. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We booked a double bed room, we were upgraded to a junior suite. That was nice of them. The room was larger but I have a feeling this was one of the rooms that was not upgraded yet. There was construction above us, not huge deal since we spent most of our time out of the room. But I'm sure if we were there more time it would have been a problem. I would recommend this hotel if you like being close to main area of the city and don't need a car."
