"No staff at desk at check in, but there was a sign letting us know they were helping another customer. Rooms were clean, bed comfortable, and good breakfast."
"Room was great, clean, comfortable and cozy. Staff was amazing and VERY helpful and accommodating. I accidentally booked a handicapped accessible room and didn’t know it until I was there but they easily switched my room to leave that available for the person that would need it and also got me checked in early. They made it possible for my business trip to stay on track and run smooth. Also, the shuttle service to and from the airport they have was fantastic and prompt. I would very much recommend this hotel to anyone. 🤘"
"The Loews Kansas City hotel was immaculate. The check-in process was quick and trouble-free even though we were checking in three hours early. The location is great and very close to the kc street car Kauffman stop, turning the entire downtown area from the City Market to the WWI park and Boulevard Beer into no car needed destinations."
