10/10 Excellent
"great welcoming/goodbyes, loved the hotel, same as shown on picture. Will definitely stay there again. The first floor restaurant 20/10, food was amazing and staff too! People were really nice @ the hotel/restaurant."
"Good hotel, good food variety, the entrance to the bar to watch a soccer clásico was chaotic, no room to enter for hotel guess. Parking is on the back if the hotel but if you are renting a diesel vehicle tha back if the building is in the restricted area, very confusing. No help from front desk regarding this issue."
"Always like to stop at a Hard Rock however this was a first time at this hotel on Madrid. Location is everything when traveling & this property"s locale is not great. It was necessary to walk miles or get transportation to the happening areas.
Hotel breakfast was OK but again property not near any other eating establishments."
