"Este hotel boutique tiene muy buena ubicación para moverte a los lugares de interés dentro de la Zona Colonial, sin necesidad de transporte. Puedes hacerlo caminando.
Sin embargo debo mencionar que el servicio de sus empleados es uno muy simple, no sentí un trato de milla extra, como lo he experimentado en otras visitas al país.
La habitación es algo pequeña y el baño bastante incomodo, pero si tu estadía es corta lo puedes manejar. En las noches puedes experimentar algo de ruido vehicular, ya que es una avenida muy transitada. Lo menciono para aquel que prefiere el silencio, en mi caso pude manejarlo.
La cama estuvo cómoda y el servicio de agua caliente fue bueno. La limpieza a modo general buena. Pero hay un detalle que no me gusto y el cual debo mencionar sobre la limpieza de la habitación, de los cinco días de mi estancia, solo limpiaron la habitación dos días, los últimos tres días no limpiaron. Por lo que no me cambiaron las toallas y no rellenaron los artículos necesarios como papel de baño.
El desayuno estaba incluido en la reserva y fue bueno, no extenso, pero bueno. Pan, jamón, queso, omelette, café y jugos. Un día nos dieron frutas.
Desde mi perspectiva no estuvo terriblemente mal, fue una estadía algo sencilla, pero igual el personal y a modo general pueden orientar, recomendar y mejorar el servicio para que el cliente se lleve una buena impresión y una mejor experiencia durante su estancia.
