"Overall, the room was excellent - clean, well provided, good bed and pillows. Parking was easy and close. Staff were cordial and easy to talk to. Did not use the bar. Would have liked the refrigerator to be plugged in or a note on top to check it, as the food I put in it was not cold in the morning and had to be thrown away. But not entirely the hotel's fault. Noise was not an issue at all on a Sunday night but we appreciated the note on how to contact if it was. Quiet and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again."
"We were given a room right next to the pool on level 1. From 6am we had children screaming around the pool area which woke us up, and this carried on for the entire duration of the day. From 4:30pm there was live music so loud it felt like it was in our room. After the music ended it was back to noise from the pool. The back room of the apartment was as unusable due to the constant noise. I really hope no families with young children attempting to day nap, stay here. We paid for a premium beachfront room and the rooms on level 1 near the pool desperately need to be discount as there was nothing premium about our stay. The most disappointing part is that this was never communicated to us. Our ‘view’ was obstructed as it was on level 1 and had a number of structures over the view. We were deeply disappointed and feel the room should have been advertised differently as there is no way we would have booked this room as a premium beachfront. It’s false advertising!"

"The room was clean and good. The shower was in the path tab and some of the equipment was on the cheap side like toaster etc.
I couldn't recharge our Segway scooter and no option not even the basement to recharge was given to me. I've asked to be contacted by the responsible person to ask politely for other options but was not even contacted like promised the day before. Therefore I was only able to use it for one day.
But if you don't have an e-bike or anything similar no issues with the apartment."
