Shangri-La Sydney
10/10 Excellent
"The hotel is great and stratigically located. I had an incredible view of the opera house and bridge from my room. The staff is very attentive. Awesome service at the spa. The inly negative would be the pool and whirldpool area. They only have a out 10 lounge chairs so its difficult to find a spot. The whole area is very small and unappealing for a hotel like this. Not to mention that there were like 15 childrend running, jumping and screaming around. Felt more like one of those all inclusive resorts than a 5 star hotel."
"Close to either the light rail, ferry or bus the only down side is much of the view now obscured from the windows facing the harbour side (north west, towards central). Would recommend as a handy location to Darling Harbour if walking is no issue. Much closer to the old Star Casino. Excellent staff and enjoyable place to have a quiet afternoon at the Ternary Bar."
"It is conveniently located near the Light rail and train station. The staff were helpful and kind and made our stay pleasant. The bed is so comfy to sleep in. Although breakfast is order in, there are plenty of foods nearby that is easily accessible. I would definitely recommend this hotel."
