"Beds and pillow were very good, rooms was clean and shower area had no mold buildup. Room was moldy ceiling packed many times from leaks, biggest complaint was the AC could not go below 68 and really the temperature didn’t drop below 70, which is way too hot for me. No bathroom exhaust fan, so made room even more humid."

"I arranged a trip for (16) sixty-five year old couple at this adult's only all inclusive resort and there wasn't a single thing that could have been better from buffet breakfast, lunches, buffet dinners and full service restaurants. SO GOOD we will be going back again (and again!)"
"Room was spacious and clean. Air conditioning was amazing. Bed and pillows were comfortable.
Check in was a breeze. We were greeted right away by Ashanti and Patricia with champagne. Our room was ready as soon as we arrived.
We were having trouble with our internet and maps. We text the hotel and immediately was text back with directions to the hotel.
Cynthia and Bryan were BEYOND amazing. Bryan helped us pick places to eat that were not on our list of "must eat" places. They both treated us like friends. Great conversation and were genuinely upset to see us leave as much as we were.
The pool was great with the swim up bar and snacks. Eventhough the hotel was sold out, you would never of known.
Only issues we had were with the TV and water pressure, which were fixed right away. "
"Furniture in lobby was stained due to being fabric which means it’s not easily disinfected. Baseboards in room and bathroom were dirty. Rug in living area of room had stains. Refrigerator smelled terrible. The actually room surfaces, linens, furniture was clean and comfortable. Room was spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. "
