"Pool was filthy. I was here in December and the hot tub jets did not work. I reported it and listed in my review. Follow up by staff that it would be fixed. Five months later and it still doesn’t work. Area around pool was dirty. "
"The amenities were great. When we checked in and tried to use our room shower it did not drain at all, The shampoo bottle was not attached to the wall (no big deal), and the door you had to push incredibly hard to get in. We notified staff about the shower but it was not fixed during our stay. "
"The area around the hotel seemed a little shady.staff was friendly but the shower never got hot, tv and internet kept disconnecting, limited selection of food nearby. Air conditioning was nice and secure parking lot"

"Great place for a quick airport stop. The room didn’t feel 100% clean to me. There was hair on the hand towels, the sheet had a rip in it, and there was a dark spot on the one bed cover. Just kind of had that “this will do” feel instead of “yes I would return.” The staff I interacted with were very helpful and nice."
"I liked how close the property was to PHX and the price. I got a room on the third floor, and upon trying my key in the door, found out the room was already occupied! Never had that happen before, and thankfully the next room I was set up with was unoccupied. It was however, not the cleanest room I’ve stayed in - I’m not sure it had been vacuumed, or wiped down, etc.. I won’t be back."
