"Hola pues ya el hotel se ven las habitaciones deterioradas , la ropa de cama y toallas muy viejas , los amenities muy pobres , deberían de hacer cortesía en la noche y el hotel prender las velas , preparar la cama , cambiar toallas o poner más
Además terrible que no se pueda dejar abierto un voucher y solo firmar los consumos dentro del hotel y que se tenga que firmar en cada centro de consumo , el concepto del gym ya muy deteriorado y obsoleto
Los camastros y cojines en la playa viejos y sucios , arriba de la techumbre en el camastro toallas viejas , el no tener room Service o alternativas donde comer de 4 a 5 "

We could hear loud music from other hotels.
We had to ask our hotel to turn off the music at the beach, when the neighboring hotel turned THEIR music very loud. Took a minute for our staff to understand why dueling music was not ideal."
"everything was perfect! rooms are spotless, beach and sun chairs are wonderful, the property is gorgeous and clean. we had the best time thank you hotelito azul! all the people are so helpful too and generous. we loved everyone!"
"We rarely return to a holiday destination twice. Our family rule is “we cannot go back until we have seen the whole world” but …. We have enjoyed this slice of heaven twice now and we are considering making it our annual escape ❤️ The food is amazing too!

"My stay at Shibari was wonderful! Staff were very professional, attentive & courteous. Check-in process was simple. They were able to check me in early. The room floor seemed like it wasn’t cleaned that well but the room and view was so beautiful it took the focus away from it. The cenote and restaurant area were amazing. Food taste amazing, a bit overpriced, but the taste, service & staff compensated for it. The fitness center can use some attention. "

"We could see the ocean from our room, but set back behind one set of buildings. You could still hear the sound of the ocean and the music playing in the beach restaurant."
"It’s beautiful there! Staff worked continuously clearing beach. Included breakfast was very good. You have to put toilet paper in trash which is gross and it’s kinda expensive, dinner was 50 to 60$ each and drinks 17$ but other than that we loved our stay there. Had a great time! "
"Staff on beach side are rude, no service. Jungle rooms tin roof animals playing on roof all night, no sleep, open light along the edges of walls, toilet on a huge slant, can barley get into shower and the bed is on a huge pallet, plus the deck outside leading onto the rooms is a toe breaker there are holes and heaving boards everywhere finally 7 am very noisy spot. "
